We have stayed here before and liked it so we came back again. Aren't APA's amazing! Like I get they are small rooms but they have everything you need!! And they are big enough for us even with a snowboard bag and a massive suitcase. From tea to roomwear and even a cute origami crane. Everything is always clean. There were free movies on the tv. We especially like this APA for the Onsen up on the roof. They even have an outdoor onsen and it has a view over the river to the skytree. We also had a room looking out towards the skytree this time too. Apparently you have to be up pretty high to get a view of the river aswell and they sell out fast but the view of the skytree and the cute kitty in the building next door was a nice surprise for us. They have luggage storage before and after checkin and a restaurant downstairs which does awesome pork bowls. Its a short walk down the street maybe 5-7mins to the elevator entry to Asakusa station to take the train back to the airport and about 15mins to Sensoji Temple. Theres also a couple of good ramen places nearby and several konbinis and a great bento box shop that also sells onigiri.

APA hotels are brilliant and this one is the most comfortable yet affordable of them all. Soft beds, all lights switchable from the bed, small but well organized room, big desk, lots of sockets for work. Warm yet ventilated. rooms have air cleaners and humidifiers, kettle and small fridge. Two different kinds of shoes and spa-kimono. You get new towels, green tea, and bathroom utensils daily (brushes, toothbrush and toothpaste, hairbands, razors, etc.). This hotel also has the best public spa on the 12th floor which is small but with an awesome view to the Skytree and lit up bridges over Sumida river. The spa has two pools, indoor and smaller outdoor, super warm water circa 41-43 degrees celsius, 3 wash stations, and a standing shower. The hotel is close to Senso-ji temple complex and the Skytree. There is a direct train Skyaccess to the Narita airport, it’s a little slower than the Skyliner, but 2x cheaper.

My boyfriend and I only stayed at this hotel for 2 nights, but we can definitely say that it was an incredible experience. The reception staff are very friendly, the rooms are clean and have many facilities. In addition, the hotel has a public bathroom on the upper floor (which is divided for men and women), with hot water and a bathtub that has a small view of Tokyo Skytree, so it's beautiful at night!! Not to mention the location of the hotel, which, although it's not in the most popular areas of Tokyo, is a very beautiful area, with a lot of Japanese culture and essence. It was definitely the best hotel we stayed at in Tokyo and it's definitely worth the trip!

The location is a convenient 4min walk from Kuramae station (there are 2 Kuramae stations so it's the one further north) and 10min walk to Asakusa station. It has an on-site restaurant (with special offers for guests) and two onsens (one indoors and one open-air) with a great view of the river and Tokyo Skytree. We were allowed to leave our suitcases before check-in, although they weren't secured in a room but left out in the lobby with a tag on them. The hotel is not responsible for the safekeeping of any valuables so be aware. The rooms are cleaned every three days but a new set of toiletries, robes and towels are left out every day.

What I like about the hotel is that it is located near 2 station(kuramae and asakusa station), the onsen is a plus, after a whole day of walking, dipping my tired body in the onsen is so much relaxing though it could get crowded in the evening. The hotel is also near a convenient store and a grocery store just across the street. The staff is accomodating and will help you if you have questions though sometimes we didn't understand each other. I can also see the Skytree in the onsen and just a few walk from the hotel, I can chill near the river with the view of tokyo sky tree
